Eligibility for Refunds

2. Coaching & Mentoring Sessions or Consulting Services:

- Refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

- No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made within 48 hours of the session.

3. Promotional Items:

- Purchases made during sales or promotions are final and not eligible for refunds.

Conditions for Refunds

- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt) is required.

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
